The company is amazing, the app is garbage
Nine times out of ten that I try to use this app or this companys website, I am unable to add items to my cart and occasionally am unable to even sign in. Its very frustrating to be shopping for an hour and narrowing down everything you like, just to see that NONE of the items you "added to your cart" are actually there, nor are any of the "saved" items. The functionality of the app when it works is very well designed and easy to navigate- however, I have very rarely experienced it working properly. I have abandoned very large purchases simply because I did not have time to go through and (try to) add all of these things back to my cart. On the occasions Ive tried, Ive tried three or four times to add an item to no avail. I have used this app on two phones that I own, and on my boyfriends, all with the same malfunctions. I have used three different desktop computers to access the website and also have had the same issue. I LOVE this company and its products and recommend them to anyone who will listen. I am six feet tall and a woman and frequently purchase items from the "tall" section on this site. I work at a very large credit union, on a campus where thousands of other women work. I am a huge introvert but I will stop strangers who are tall women just to tell them about this site because I love their customer service and products so much. I cannot recommend the company enough to anyone. I have no complaints whatsoever about ASOS other than their app and website. I feel like the Futurama Fry meme, "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY". It is SO frustrating trying to buy things and every time just being unable to. I love love love this company and its products, but somebody *PLEASE* fix this issue.
