Not always great

The app is great. But I got my order wrong twice. One time is was the wrong size. The other time they sent me my item with a missing piece. I reported it and they just asked me to return the original piece, which wouldve costed me to send it back. They offered me a refund but Im sure lots of women like me are so excited about our purchase that I really wanted to just get the missing piece. They told me I couldnt get it because it was out of stock and nothing they could do about it. What a disappointment! So Im out an outfit, paid duties on top of it and have to send it back with some cost. I wish they couldve just sent me the product whole.
