Unreliable!

Ive been a loyal customer yet that holds no weight with Asos. I bought 2 shirts, including the 2 day shipping for a year premium I purchased not too long ago. I had an event I needed the shirts for and they would have been here on time had asos kept their word. They ended up taking 3 extra days and I had no idea until I checked the tracking information. Asos did not notify me once. I asked for some assistance because this was a major inconvenience and all they did was offer me 10% off my next purchase, I received a bigger discount for signing up with my email. DONT TRUST THEM!
I was also scheduled for a call with a manager but that never happened either.
