Great app, great products

I stumbled upon this company and app, just recently, and I have been extremely pleased thus far. Great selection of products that are difficult to find. The ability to not only see the product but with the ability to see the clothes on someone in the video format is extremely useful. App is easy to use, search functions work well and checkout was a breeze, even initially.

Generally, for big guys like myself, (63", 265) not only is it difficult to find the kind of trendy clothes that I gravitate toward, but even when you do, rarely do the clothes fall on your person the way you imagine. The result is a closet full of unused clothing that looked good on the web but upon arrival, dont wear as envisioned. Although I havent received the clothing yet, Based on the multiple garments pics, accompanied by the provided video of persons wearing/moving in them, I have high confidence in what Ill be receiving. Although some of the clothing is a bit more expensive than a thrifty shopper would normally pay, the format in which Asos presents these items, convinced me to give them a try.

Kudos to the "masterminds" behind the application development, product, or styling, selection and this marketing strategy. If this turns out to be as effective as I believe it will be, you likely have secured a long time customer.

My only suggestions to improve your service even more would be: 1) Provide a link to the models stats (I.e....height, weight etc..). Assuming those things incorrectly is the only potential I can see for not meeting customer expectation and 2) Give some serious consideration about more competitive pricing or perhaps even loyalty rewards for customers. (Otherwise I may go bankrupt moving forward...so many great products).
