This has been a nightmare
I usually buy from ASOS and only once had a problem before on sending the wrong item, no biggie mistakes are ok as long you dont keep doing it again and again! I place an order for a leather suede jacket for 179.00 dollars , when it arrived another wrong item arrived at my door, send them an iMessages (because they dont have a phone number to talk to a real person, however because I really wanted the jacket I re-orderit again and send the wrong one back to them, guess what AGAIN! The wrong jacket came in! And it was the same one I was furious how can this happen? I ask a member of their team to give me an explanation of why they keep sending the wrong jacket again and again and they said they will contact the warehouse And get back to me... this was two weeks ago. Its really sad because I like the clothes and also my friends but the lack of communication and not giving me a concrete anzwer it will make me just look for another website to shop from, maybe from lyst! This had been one of my worse experience of my shopping years
