Best App and Customer Service

Ive been shopping with ASOS.com since 2010, and only recent started using the app. Extremely easy to use, great features, everything you can use online (filters, videos of models in the clothing, etc.) all in the app! Ive had two issues in the past with shipping and returns, and ASOS customer service immediately responded to me and solved my problem within 12-24 hours. HIGHLY recommend for your shopping needs!!!
