PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered some 3 Chelsea boots size 14 but they send me all 13s and I had to pay $63 more to get the items after spending over $150 plus shipping. Just terrible

Originally the appa interface was a lot of trouble; constantly glitching. With the new update its smooth and easy to use. Fantastic app with fantastic fashion.

I purchased a jacket on Black Friday which was meant as an early Christmas gift. Three weeks later and no jacket had arrived. I checked the tracking and it had been sitting in a New York warehouse for two weeks, obviously forgotten. I reached out through their tedious chat system and was told the courier would deliver the following day and if it did not, Asos would help resolve the issue before the recipient was due to travel to Los Angeles. Well, no item arrived and tracking now shows a delivery date past the recipients travel date. Im not sure what the customer service agent meant by saying they would help me resolve this issue as Asos refuses to send another parcel to my Los Angeles address, will not refund the order, and obviously cannot deliver before or on Christmas.

Easy to find options . Wide variety of clothing choice . Sales and deals almost all the time . Wonderful.

The app is awesome but I just wish I didnt have to log in like every hour or even day. I just wish the login could stay permanent. Also it when looking at an item to give an option for all the colors that they have in the item without having to go back and search for other colors from that same item.

Easy to use.

Easily navigable, intuitive app. Always great service from ASOS. 4.5 stars, docked one half star for large batch results. I think results should be divided into pages to lower loading times. Its not so much load time as it is the feeling of scrolling for miles on foot. Really though, its no big deal. Next to no complaints from this guy.
