This app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I havent received any errors or timeouts. The pictures of the clothing are bright, clear and you can zoom into the details. I love ❤️ the beautiful, colorful, creative and feminine clothing options asos has to offer.

Ive been shopping on this app recently and really cant complain. I mainly shop for adidas, but they have great deals on other stuff. They have a large selection of things that I cant find anywhere else. Customer service is great also.

The clothes look fabulous online. Spent almost $400 on high price cheap clothing. Thank goodness the returns are free. Seems like the new gotta shop Asos trend.The styles are repetitive with minor differences. The customer service is a ridiculous email support service that send you around and around. The Chat line always has a busy and if its green at some point when you hit to connect it turns to busy. No phone numbers to speak a live person. I could go on but Ill just say Id rather online shop with a company that has at least one live person that value me enough to answer my question

This app is BOMB!!! Makes it so easy.....TOO easy to shop! Lol. Super smooth, easy to find, filter whatever youre looking for. I havent had a single problem since install. Way easier to use that going through website. Im a real fan! Great job ASOS!!

Honestly super great--ASOS has always been once of my favourites to shop but I dont get to take time to go on computer to shop for things. This makes it quick and easy. Especially love how easy it is to ❤️ stuff and save for later. Really intuitive, loads quickly, and overall I like it so far.
